A lavish kaiseki course featuring winter delicacies such as a gorgeous five-piece sashimi platter with spiny lobster, fried pufferfish, and a seafood grill platter.For meals, we offer "Seafood Parent and Child Clay Pot Rice," which uses plenty of salmon and salmon roe and is cooked until fluffy in a clay pot.The meal also includes colorful appetizers made with seasonal ingredients and a seafood salad, making for a total of seven dishes that are an exquisite lineup that makes the most of the bounty of the sea.
